Our Client is seeking an experienced Air Permitting Specialist
Supervisory Responsibility:
?
Duties and Responsibilities:
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Builds and maintains positive professional relationships with relevant government agencies and departments and private consultants.
Strong Air Program Management skills.
Title V and State air permit applications and permit maintenance
Collects data for annual emissions inventory and Toxic Release Inventory reporting
NESHAP compliance and reporting
calculation of source emissions
permit compliance
facility inspections.
Monitoring of company-wide environmental programs for regulatory compliance and achievement of Company goals.

Education and Experienc:
Ideal candidate must have a B.S. In Environmental Science, Engineering, or related technical field
Must have a minimum of three years working experience in air permitting and compliance.
The candidate must also be proficient in using MS Office applications.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to traverse shipyard and various sites
Valid drivers license and ability to travel to various sites
Prolonged periods of sitting at desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
