Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Facilitates employee on boarding - approval of new hires, review of paperwork, file creation
  • Assist in the recruitment process: monitors application process, screens applicants prior to hiring
  • Assist Office with daily business procedures
  • Answers phones, providing a positive first impression with clients and vendors
  • Organizes company events and meetings
  • Sustains a level of office professionalism among staff and clientele
  • Enters various data in the office computer system
  • Maintains an organized filing system
  • Schedules and manages travel itineraries
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in administration or a customer service related field
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and juggles multiple projects with ease
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Must be detail oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
