Flexicrew Technical Services(FTS) has been retained by our client to hire Account Managers to work out of their corporate headquarters in Houston, TX. Ideal candidate will have 1-3 of experience in an Inside or Outside Sales role. Our client is private equity backed and experiencing rapid growth. Our client is well established and the customer base is strong. You will be getting in front of current customers and being consultative and informing of other service offerings.
Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in an inside or outside sales role. This is a fast paced organization with plenty of opportunity for career growth and advancement opportunities. You will be mentored by senior managers. Our client has 400+ employees and works with many of the Upstream and Downstream operators throughout the USA.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute on the sales process to include marketing, lead generation, prospecting, proposals and closing
  • Identify new business opportunities to grow sales within current and new client base
  • Build sales pipeline through cold calling, networking
  • Meet with prospects to explain services when needed
  • Participate in industry trade shows
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree with 1-3 years of business to business sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player and coachable
  • Consultative selling approach
CRM experience a plus
