Inside Sales Admin - Contract 2 Hire in N. Houston

Specific responsibilities and authorities may include:
Project Coordination and Production Order processing
Customer communications within the scope
Documenting Contract Review inputs and outputs
Capturing and processing customer order requirements in the into ERP system.
Process Purchasing Requisitions for jobs and field service.
Monitoring and meeting objectives for cost, quality, and schedule
Coordinating Progress Billing
Communicate Packaging, Documentation, and Shipping requirements of Deliverables to Shipping Department.
Validate use of all ordered material against the job after completion, and addressing discrepancies
Process customer invoices thru the ERP
Complete all reporting requirements as directed
Develop and employ a high level of product and application knowledge
Support company initiatives
Supporting inventory management and record-keeping.
Supporting other contracts personnel as necessary. Support and participate in the organization s continual improvement program to conform to ISO 9001 and understand the implications of not complying with the quality management system.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Bachelor s degree in business-related field or Industrial Distribution preferred.
Experience may be accepted in lieu of education.
Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in Accounting, Inside Sales or Contract Administration.
Experience in manufacturing or engineering a plus.
Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment a plus.
