In your role as Senior Analyst, you will manage the backend systems to support the end user computing environment, basic or advance onsite or desk-side hardware and software device support, as well as, be the first contact for Level 1 and Level 2 service desk analysts to resolve the first level of escalation request.
In order to be considered to join this FUN team of I.T. Gurus, 3 to 5+ years of experience will reflect your ability in troubleshooting, software installation and configuration as well as, configuration of asset management, antivirus and threat protection, service management and network printing systems.
