Technical Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who provides technical supports to customers on a full range of color digital and ink jet printers. Prior technical support or printer and copier service experience is strongly preferred, and product specific training will be provided.
- Approximately 25% Travel required.
- Physical Requirement: Lift 50 lbs.
- Technical background that has a high level of troubleshooting skills, understanding of how things work, break/fix repair, etc
- Coordinate with end-users, onsite technicians and authorized dealers to effectively resolve customer issues and complaints. Provide excellent service experience by promptly and actively communicating with all customers.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving printers and prepress workflow software.
- Follow up with customers throughout the troubleshooting process to ensure that all customer expectations are exceeded.
- Conduct comprehensive training for customers enabling them to operate equipment properly and effectively.
- Accurately and thoroughly document troubleshooting and issue resolution efforts in CRM.
- Stay current with industry and system information, changes, and updates.
