Job Description:
Exciting opportunity for a Technical Sales Representative to lead our efforts in Mississippi, South Alabama & the Florida Panhandle. Company represents manufacturers from across the globe throughout this territory, and we are looking for a qualified individual to help us grow into the leading solutions provider throughout this area.

As a member of our team, you would contribute to company s mission by:
Developing & maintaining relationships with water & wastewater clients in the Mississippi, Southern Alabama, and Florida Panhandle markets
Understanding how to provide solutions to our clients with all tools available to you
Maintaining relationships with company s partners by effectively communicating your efforts as it relates to their product portfolio
Providing regular sales forecasts to management showcasing ongoing efforts and expected sales
Providing design assistance to end-users and project designers in collaboration with partners

Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS in business administration, business management, marketing, finance, engineering, or construction management -OR- three (3) years of related, professional experience
Ability to travel throughout the gulf coast (Louisiana Florida panhandle). The frequency of travel is contingent on specific responsibilities and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Possesses the ability & willingness to communicate effectively through multiple methods
Professional in both behavior and appearance, and able to represent himself/herself and company s with character and integrity
Strong relationships in the water, wastewater, or civil construction markets
Basic ability to read plans and comprehend product specifications
Familiarity with Microsoft office, CRM s, or other operating platforms
Resident of the territory in which company is hiring

Working Conditions:
Full time
Majority of time will be spent outside of the office with only a small amount of time in a shared office
Entertainment and marketing opportunities may require time before working hours, after working hours, and on weekends

Travel Requirements:
This is an outside sales position; travel should be expected and required, as necessary
Occasional nights away from home and in hotels may occur
An initial training period and various other training sessions should be expected and will usually take place for several days at a time

Salary + Commission
